Pitch and Roll of the Bodywork
Pitch and roll means torsional vibrations about the transverse axis of a car, for example when moving off (spring extension at the front - spring compression at the rear).
These body movements occur when the suspension of the car is not sufficiently damped. Only optimal matching of suspension and damping is the basis for excellent ride comfort while giving driving safety.
SEAT has minimized the pitch and roll by an appropriately long wheelbase and an optimized matching of springs and dampers in its models.
