Trailer stabilisation
The trailer stabilisation system is a software extension of the electronic stabilisation programme (ESP). This provides early detection of instability of the trailer being pulled, for example, due to inappropriate speed or a slippery road surface.
By means of selective intervention in the brake and engine management, the trailer is steadied and prevents the trailer breaking away.
