Automatic Brake Release function
The Automatic Brake Release lets you accelerate from a braked position without first having to release the electric parking brake. It's also very helpful during hill starts. If your SEAT has an automatic transmission, just press the accelerator and go. To determine the ideal point at which to release the brake, the electronic parking brake’s control unit analyses the signals related to the engine torque and speed, the angle of incline and the accelerator/clutch position.
