Snow Chains
Snow chains improve the traction on snow and slippery surfaces and also guide the wheels. They are offered as accessories for different tyre sizes. It consists of wide-meshed chain mails made of hardened steel.
Depending on the type of chain pattern, a distinction is made between ladder-style chains, zigzag chains and diamond chains. The latter are the quietest and most secure. Snow chains are an effective help in extreme winter conditions and also at low speeds.
If these conditions are not met, the chains may cause extreme loads and tyre wear.
